As a continous effort to expand our communication templates and schedulable audiences, we've introduced a new option: a "Balance Due" template. The "Balance Due" template lets you connect with customers who have orders with an open balance. This communication template is a great way to remind and prompt customers to pay for their open balances.
Your customers can easily pay for any open balances by clicking a link in the Balance Due email and navigating to a payment screen in their My Account. Customers will be able to add a new payment method, update an existing one, or apply a new or existing gift card.
